Assist with Illnesses                                        Sciatic Nerve Therapy

A therapeutic massage session includes a mixture of different types of therapies designed to bring you deeper into relaxation. You receive, sound therapy, aroma therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue ( with no pain and only in areas needed ) and reflexology .

The room is filled with the accents of sage, for cleansing and clarity of thought. You hear relaxing tones in the music playing, and water flowing in the back ground ( sound therapy ). You lie down on a table with the aroma of lavender (for relaxation and peace of mind). During your session you receive a quiet Swedish / deep tissue, reflexology  session. At the end of your session your face and scalp massage is given with citrus ( to awaken in a fresh new mood ). It is a healing art that makes us more fully whole in health, relaxing the mind and body.

             Aromatherapy

                                             Reflexology

                       Sound Therapy

Aromatherapy helps assist the body systems, circulatory, digestive,  respiratory,  nervous,  glandular, urinary reproduction,  dermal, musculoskeletal,  ears and eyes,  and immunity. Aromatherapy assists in healing a variety of conditions.

The purpose of a course of treatment is to normalize the body's functioning, to help  break down tension and alleviate stress. Also, to improve nerve functioning and blood supply throughout the body.

Sound Therapy stimulates the ear by presenting it with alternating sounds of high and low tone. This in turn exercises the middle ear muscles and stimulates the receptor cells in the inner ear.

As the ear becomes open and receptive to high frequency sounds these are then passed on to the brain. The brain is recharged by means of sound, releasing vitality, obliterating tiredness, lessening the need for sleep, and inducing a permanent state of peace and relaxation.
